Returns
If you wish to return a purchase, you may do so within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
A refund will be issued within 30 days of the order cancellation, minus the return shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
If your package was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and include photos of the damage.
Depending on the situation, you may receive:
– a partial refund,
– a replacement for the missing or damaged item,
– or a new product.Before returning an item, please contact us via email and provide the reason for the return.
